Bartle Hall/Kansas City Convention Center Cost: $130,000,000
Kansas City, Missouri  Completion: 2007
Architect: HNTB / Junk Architects / BNIM Elements / International    Architects-Atelier

The expansion/renovation was a multi-phased project. The first phase was to renovate existing meeting rooms and improve on the amenities available.  The second phase was to add administration areas and new meeting rooms and the third phase was to add a new ballroom that spans across a freeway and provide new streetscape and parking.  The Owner is pursuing LEED silver or higher.  McCleskey Consulting's role is as a consultant to the architect on the design of and oversight of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection design of the facility.
