The project was completed in two phases.
The first phase is approximately 200,000 square feet with a 70,000
square foot exhibit hall, meeting rooms and food gallery.
Phase II converted the existing exhibit hall into a ballroom
with prefunction space.
McCleskey Consulting
was a
consultant to the Design Team, advising the
architects-of-record and engineers-of-record on the
special needs of convention centers.
Our scope included Schematic Design, exhibition hall exhibitor
utilities consulting and peer review during Construction Documents.
