This project was prepared in several bid packages by a CM at risk.   The program called for  an expansion of about 210,000 gross square feet with a 57,6000 square foot exhibit hall,  40,000 square foot ballroom and about 20,000 square feet of meeting rooms.  McCleskey Consulting's role was that of a consultant to the MEP Engineer-of-record of the special needs of this particular building type.
