The program called for  about 540,000 gross square feet with a 150,000 square foot exhibit hall,  75,000 square feet of meeting space, 18,400 square feet of food service and 8,500 square feet of administrative area.  McCleskey Consulting's role  is that of a consultant to the  MEP Engineer-of-record during Concept Design and Schematic Design for the special needs of this particular building type.
