The project celebrated its Grand Opening in March of 2007.  The building is approximately 140,000 gross square feet.  The exhibit hall is 60,000 square feet.  There is a 10,000 square foot banquet room and about 15,000 square feet of meeting spaces.  McCleskey Consulting's role was to consult to the engineers-of-record for mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection design of the facility.
