As of May 2004, this project has completed Construction Documents and is inthe bidding phase.  The project is will comprise approximately 1,500,000 square feet.  It will be an independent, "stand alone" facility located adjacent to the existing building.  The exhibit hall will be approximately 550,000 square feet, the ballroom approximately 60,000 square feet.  There will be about 100,000 square feet of meeting rooms.  This is the Phase IV expansion.  McCleskey Consulting's role is to consult to the engineers-of-record for mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection design of the facility.
