The Oregon
Convention Center Expansion was a
multi-phased construction program with six bid packages. The project
called for an expansion of approximately
325,000 gross square feet and a two level, subsurface parking facility.
The expansion included 115,000 square feet of
exhibit hall, a 35,000 square feet ballroom and 32
meeting rooms (40,000 square feet). The
role of
McCleskey Consulting, Inc.
was that of a consultant to the Owner, consulting on MEP design criteria, peer review and value engineering.
