Puerto Rico Trade & Convention Center Cost: $130,000,000
San Juan, Puerto Rico  Completion: 2005
Architect: TVS International/Jiménez & Rodríguez  Barceló, AIA

This project opened to much fanfare and fireworks in November 2005.  The program calls for 150,000 square feet of exhibit halls, 120,000 square feet of lobbies and concourses, a 40,000 square foot ballroom and about 40,000 square feet of meeting space.  Total program is about 580,000 square feet.  An unusual feature is the 50% back-up of electrical power. McCleskey Consulting's role is conceptual and schematic electrical design and consultant to the Electrical Engineer-of-record.
