The expansion program added an elevated, 100,000 SF, column free exhibit hall to the facility.  The new exhibit hall is connected to the existing building via an enclosed walkway and lobby area. The existing exhibit hall has remodeled to become a ballroom.  McCleskey Consulting's role was to consult to the engineers-of-record for mechanical, electrical and plumbing/fire protection design of the facility.
